Return Policy

To return your order, contact our office ( with your original order number to receive an RMA number.

ALL RETURNS must have a Return Authorization (RMA) form attached to the OUTSIDE of the box so the return can be scanned. If no RMA is visible on the outside of the box, the return shipment cannot be accepted into the facility and processed, and the return will be refused. Pella Roof Coatings is not responsible for orders that are sent without the necessary RMA form.

A restocking fee of 20% will be deducted on all returns. Commercial orders over $1200 are not able to be returned under any circumstance.

To return product, you must contact our office within 7 days of receipt—RETURNS ARE NOT ACCEPTED AFTER 7 DAYS OF RECEIPT.

Pella Roof Coatings will not be responsible for loss or damage of return shipments. Please be sure to declare the value of the product as your purchase price when creating a shipping label.


On our order form, we ask that you confirm your order before submission and verify the information provided. Please be sure your order is correct before submitting. Pella Roof Coatings is not responsible for errors made by its customers.

If you do not want the order to be left at your home by FedEx if you are not home, you must contact our office so we may issue proof of signature on your order. Pella Roof Coatings is not responsible for orders that are delivered but are missing. If you have not requested a signature required delivery, you agree not to hold Pella Roof Coatings responsible for any packages left at your location.

Pella Roof Coatings retains all order forms processed through its Web store and sends out responses confirming the information entered in the order forms. We will gladly replace any items you receive that have been damaged by the carrier. It is the consumer’s responsibility to check the order before the shipping company leaves.

Sundry items such as tape, caulk, fabric, and mixers are non-returnable.

Once online orders are placed, they cannot be canceled due to the automation of the process. You may return any unopened boxes by contacting us for a return authorization (RMA) form once you have received the shipment.
